MedCline - Shoulder Relief System - TAA-Compliant version is available for VA patients suffering with chronic shoulder pain at night. The components of the Shoulder Relief System, which includes the Shoulder Relief Wedge and Therapeutic Body Pillow, work together to prop the patient up high enough to take the pressure off your downside arm and shoulder. The patented arm pocket of the Shoulder Relief Wedge can be used on either the right or left side. The stuffing of the Therapeutic Body Pillow can be adjusted for patient comfort.

Key features of the MedCline System include: 

Gradual incline. The length of MedCline System allows for a gradual increase in elevation to take the pressure off the patient’s downside shoulder and arm. The full-length body pillow can be pulled between the knees for added lower back support.

Symmetrical design. The patented arm pocket at the top of MedCline Shoulder Relief Wedge is symmetrical for left- or right-side sleeping. The small insert pillow within the arm pocket, as well as the stuffing of the body pillow, are filled with shredded memory foam and can be adjusted for comfort. 

Flexible arm positions. The flexible design of MedCline allows the patient to position his/her arm either out straight onto the bed surface or tucked up under the body pillow. 

Medical-grade materials for quality, support, and longevity. The MedCline wedge is constructed with multiple types of medical-grade foam, strategically placed and layered for maximum support and product longevity. The top layer is memory foam for added comfort. 

Removable and washable cases. All components of the MedCline System come with removable and washable cases installed.
