Our Mission
MedCline's mission is to help people living with nighttime pain finally get the restorative sleep they deserve. That mission extends to every person who needs us, which is why we strive to make our website and digital experiences accessible to users of all abilities.
We recognize that accessibility is a continuous journey, not a one-time fix. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of our website, and our goal is to meet and exceed established guidelines over time.
Guidelines
We look to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the internationally recognized guidelines for web accessibility. These guidelines help us provide content for disabled users that is:
- Perceivable: Information is presentable in ways users can perceive
- Operable: Functionality is available via keyboard and assistive technologies
- Understandable: Content and navigation are comprehensible and predictable
- Robust: Content is compatible with assistive technologies
Working with Level Access
To accelerate our progress and to support our goal of meeting and exceeding established guidelines over time, MedCline has partnered with Level Access, a recognized leader in digital accessibility consulting. With their expertise, we are:
- Conducting comprehensive audits of our website and digital content
- Identifying and prioritizing potential accessibility improvements for remediation
- Implementing sustainable processes to maintain accessibility going forward
- Training our team to improve and maintain accessible digital experiences
This partnership reflects our genuine goal of an accessible experience for users of all abilities.
