MedCline Pillowcase Subscription Terms

Program Overview
The MedCline Pillowcase Subscription provides replacement pillowcases delivered automatically every six (6) months. Subscribers receive 20% off the current retail price of eligible pillowcases and free standard shipping on subscription orders.

Automatic Renewal & Billing
By enrolling in the subscription program, you authorize MedCline to automatically charge  the payment method provided at checkout every six (6) months for the applicable subscription order. Your subscription will continue until canceled.

The amount charged may include applicable taxes. If subscription pricing changes, MedCline will provide notice before the updated price takes effect.

Order Processing & Shipping
Subscription orders are processed automatically at each renewal period and shipped to the address associated with your subscription account. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing, shipping, and account information.

Managing Your Subscription
You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting MedCline Customer Support via support@medcline.com.

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancellations must be completed before your next scheduled billing date.

Failed Payments
If a renewal payment cannot be processed, MedCline may attempt to process the payment again. If payment remains unsuccessful, your subscription may be suspended or canceled.

Returns & Refunds
Subscription orders are subject to MedCline's standard return and refund policies. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

Changes to the Subscription Program
MedCline reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the subscription program at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email or other reasonable means.
