We offer a 100-night Relief Guarantee
to give you time to try MedCline in the comfort of your own home. While some customers find relief on night one, others need more time to adjust to the new sleep position created by MedCline. It may also take your body time to heal from nighttime acid reflux and/or shoulder pain before you start feeling relief. For these reasons, sleep on your Reflux Relief System or Shoulder Relief System for at least 30 nights. During this time our team of MedCline Sleep Specialists will work with you to help you find comfort and relief. After 30 nights, if we have been unable to help you achieve a better night’s sleep, we will be able to process a return.

Relief and sleep are very important for living a long, healthy life so we want to make sure you get both with MedCline! During the first 30 days (and beyond, if needed), our team of Sleep Specialists will work with you to find what works best for you to maximize comfort and relief. Many times, comfort issues can be solved by:
- Watching these helpful videos
- Experimenting with different arm positions
- Adjusting the stuffing of the body pillow
- Trying head pillows of different heights
- Trying a different size product. If you find yourself sliding down or with arm numbness, you might need a different size to properly fit your torso. Our Sleep Specialists will help ensure you’re using the product size that is best for you.

After 30 days
If your Sleep Specialist is unable to help you find comfort and relief, we will be able to accept a product return after 30 nights (and within 100 days of delivery). To request a return, contact a Sleep Specialist at 800-610-1607 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. To complete your return, we will email you a pre-paid return shipping label to send your System to a recycling center. Once received, your refund will be processed minus a $25 Return Fee that covers postage, handling, and product recycling. Shipping for the initial product delivery is non-refundable. Refunds will be made within 10 business days of receipt.*
Please note: Therapeutic Body Pillows (when purchased as a stand-alone item and not part of a System) and additional cases cannot be returned once opened. To return unopened body pillows or cases, please contact us directly.
* We are only able to refund the original payment method and the time it takes to appear on your statement varies. If you have cancelled your credit card or been issued a new one, your credit card company will map the refund to your new card.
