I have owned a MedCline system for at least 8 years. Was on the verge of a complete shoulder joint replacement after 3 authroscopies did not relieve my pain. Then I decided I would try the system as my last resort prior to surgery. Eight years later I still have not had surgery on my shoulder. I won't say complete relief but good enough to live daily life without always thinking about shoulder pain. I also went from waking 4-5 times a night due to pain to seldom waking during sleep.

I will also say after 8 years my pillow is / has worn out, still useful but not the same as when new. Lastly, I'll say the complete system I purchased earlier was more expensive than what is priced now at end of '25 sale - so I had to purchase another because - tell me true - with few exceptions - there is nothing now which is less expensive than it was 8 years ago.

I’ve had this pillow one week and it’s made so much difference in my shoulder and neck pain! I look forward to going to bed again! When I lay down on this pillow system I feel like I’m laying on a supportive cloud and sleep much better than I have in the past. Plus my shoulders don’t hurt during the day any more and my neck pain is gone.
