   Which MedCline system is right for me if I have more than one condition?

   If you experience both acid reflux and shoulder pain, we typically recommend the Reflux Relief System. Its therapeutic incline is designed for reflux relief, while the patented arm pocket and included body pillow provide shoulder support. If shoulder discomfort is your primary concern and reflux is only occasional, the Shoulder Relief System may be a better fit. Not sure?    Is MedCline right for my condition?

   MedCline offers different sleep solutions based on your specific needs. Our products provide positional support for concerns including shoulder discomfort, nighttime acid reflux, neck discomfort, general discomfort, pregnancy pain, and other sleep-related needs.

   MedCline may not be right for everyone. Certain lower back, hip, or spinal conditions may make MedCline’s inclined sleep position difficult to tolerate.

   How do I know which size is right for me?

   MedCline Relief Systems are sized based on your height. Simply enter your height on the product page and we’ll recommend the size that’s best suited for you.

   How much space will MedCline take up on my bed?

   MedCline Relief Systems are approximately 30 inches wide and are designed to fit on one side of a queen-size bed. The 30” width is necessary for stability, to accommodate the body pillow, and to allow you to easily turn over during the night.    Can I use MedCline if I sleep with a partner?

   Yes! MedCline can be used while sharing a bed with a partner. The system is designed to stay on your side of the bed, so your partner can continue sleeping comfortably beside you. For a better idea of how much space MedCline will take up, check out our Sizing & Fit guide below.

   Can I use MedCline with a CPAP?

   Many customers use MedCline alongside their CPAP. The adjustable body pillow can be positioned to help create a “nest” around your mask and tubing while you sleep. If snoring or sleep apnea is your main concern, we recommend the Reflux Relief System for its supportive incline and side-sleeping comfort. If you have questions about your specific CPAP setup, our Sleep Specialists can help you determine how MedCline may fit into your sleep routine.

   What should I expect when I first start sleeping with MedCline?

   MedCline may feel different at first, and that’s completely normal. Your body may need time to adjust to a new sleep position, especially if you’ve slept the same way for years. We’ll support you throughout your adjustment period with setup videos, comfort tips, and complimentary access to our Sleep Specialists.

   How long does it take to get used to MedCline?

   Everyone adjusts differently. Some customers feel comfortable right away, while others may need up to 30 nights to become accustomed to their new sleep position. We recommend giving your body time to adjust and reaching out to our Sleep Specialists if you need help getting comfortable.

   What if MedCline isn’t comfortable or doesn’t work for me?

   If you’re having trouble getting comfortable, we’re here to help. Every MedCline customer has access to complimentary support from our Sleep Specialists, who can help with positioning, comfort adjustments, and getting the most from your system. We recommend giving your body at least 30 nights to adjust before deciding whether MedCline is right for you.

   Does MedCline sleep hot?

   MedCline Relief Systems use CertiPUR-US® certified, gel-infused foam designed with comfort in mind. If you tend to sleep hot, we also offer a cooling case for the therapeutic body pillow to help keep you comfortable throughout the night.

   What is the trial/return policy?

   MedCline Relief Systems include a 60-night sleep guarantee. Because adjusting to a new sleep position can take time, we ask that you try your system for at least 30 nights before beginning a return. If you’re still not satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery. Returns are available for eligible Reflux Relief and Shoulder Relief Systems. View our full return policy here.

   Can I use my HSA/FSA to purchase MedCline?

   MedCline Relief Systems are eligible for purchase with most HSA and FSA plans. You can use your plan-issued debit card directly at checkout. Coverage varies by plan, so contact your plan administrator if you have questions about eligibility. Need to split your payment between an HSA/FSA card and another payment method? Contact us to schedule an appointment.

   Do you offer payment plans?
