  1. Remove your current pillow case by finding the zipper at the top of the curvature of the body pillow. (Note: the therapeutic body pillow is sold separately)
  2. Start placing your new pillow case on your pillow from one of the longer end of the pillow.
  3. Guide the pillow case all the way around the pillow and close the hidden zipper. Get ready for some good sleep!

    Love it!

    I am really temperature sensitive, and I am so happy a cooling pillow case was an option! I just wish it had more color options, maybe to match the wedge options? I had wanted blue or grey of the body pillow cover shades. I hate white, so a darker or a fun color option would be really nice for hiding any stains, or pairing with my darker sheets. Very effective though!

    Perfect cooling!

    I was gifted the pillow a couple of years ago and I loved it! But when the menopausal night sweats hit, it could be extra toasty! So when I say the pillowcases with cooling I knew it would be worth the try! Absolutely love it!!
