I had a chalange with my 1st system. Customer service was exceptional. After an in depth conversation about the chalnges I was having they replaced my system. The young lady I spoke with was knowledgeable about it, made recognitions to elevate my pain and replaced it at no cost. I am still in my 1st month with the new pillow.

I had a skiing collision that broke my humeral head and tore all the ligaments. After two recoveries, first bone remodeling, then rotator cuff surgery with lots of physical therapy, I still could not sleep lying down. I ordered the Medcline. I was so excited when it arrived, but the first two weeks were tough. You have to figure out the right sleeping positions for you. After that I was sleeping 12-16 hours a night catching up. Medcline is a great product for those with shoulder pain.

It's taking a bit of getting used to but my shoulders don't get so sore or tight, which I thought was purely from desk work all day. Being relaxed about whether I use it on a particular night has helped, however I'm using it most nights and feeling good when I get up.

I have severe, advanced stage arthritis in my right shoulder. I also have neck issues. Ever since I've purchased this pillow, my pain has decreased to the point that it's virtually eliminated! My wife says I don't even snore anymore!! I would highly suggest this product!

I was hopeful it would work….. and it has delivered. I’ve had steroid shots in my shoulders & stretches and even physical therapy. This pillow has fixed my shoulder issues. Highly recommend. It’s very comfortable when you finally get used to it. I still find myself sliding down the pillow, but that’s my fault not the pillows. Five stars is not enough for this thing!
