Takes a while to get used to and I’ve wrestled with it a little but it is helping me train myself to be a side sleeper. So far so good. My doctor wanted me to go directly to a CPAP but so far this thing has really helped knock my AHI down without a mask. My original sleep test gave an AHI of 39. Last night I logged a single 4% O2 dip. Not per hour….but all night. If you need to stay on your side for whatever reason, this is a good tool.

Since purchasing the MedCline I (and my girlfriend) have been sleeping much better. Previously, I was tossing and turning frequently through the night, because my shoulders were going numb and I was snoring. The first night I slept six hours straight, before having to shift my body. After a couple of weeks using the MedCline, I notice shifting only 2-3 times a night and sleeping in 3-4-5-hour intervals. She says I'm not snoring at all.

The body pillow does make my neck a little stiff and there's still some pressure on my shoulders, but still a significant improvement in sleep quality.

I ordered this product due to shoulder pain and difficulty sleeping through the night. When I received it one component did not meet my needs, so I contacted customer service. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and immediately offered to send me a different component that could work better for my situation. I was very happy with the results and would recommend this to anyone experiencing the same issues.
