I went from a Purple brand pillow to the med line, and the difference in comfort and shoulder discomfort is leagues. The medcline helps with shoulder position, and neck adjustment, and all around is a fantastic night if sleep!

Has taken some time to adjust to the incline wedge. I'm only 5 ft 3, 115 pounds. The wedge seems alittle over sized for me. I keep sliding off the bottom and require multiple adjustments to correct this during the night. However, my shoulder has improved.
I love the body pillow but have plans to remove some of the stuffing as it seems a bit hard on my ear.
All in all I'm making the necessary adjustments and feel this purchase will be good for me.

Not waking up with a numb and aching arm is wonderful. And having something creating space between my knees has also helped reduce hip and lower back pain. I wish I'd discovered this sooner.
I'm still making some adjustments in how I position my CPAP hose with the MedCline, but I'm getting there.

Have two bad shoulders that don't require surgery. I haven't had a full night sleep in a long time. Got the Medcline shoulder relief system and have had the majority of my nights much improved. Still working on best locations for my shoulders but overall I don't have the pain I did previously when the shoulder had pressure on it. As long as I relieve the pressure OFF the shoulder I can sleep.
