I love the incline pillow with arm hole. It has relieved the morning shoulder pain I have been experiencing. The but part is... I don't know if it's the incline or what but I have a center of my back pain now. So I swap out a couple times a week with my regularbed set up. The body pillow is too thick and firm. I haven't figured out how much stuffing to take out yet. I do not regret my purchase. Just learning how to use it to the best nights sleep
