Healing slowly
I am a side sleeper, in my mid 60’s. I am active in good shape and health. I was having problems with a slight tear in my left deltoid from weight training. I prefer sleeping on my left side but the nagging injury was making it impossible so I resorted to sleeping on my right side which my body and brain were not used to. So now I had aching in both shoulders. I bought the medcline and had to set it up and get comfortable with it. After 3 days I was sleeping through the night and feeling a slow but noticeable improvement in both shoulders. It’s been two weeks and I now realize if I travel I will need to bring my medcline to avoid any setbacks. I have recommended it to a friend and I hope he takes my advise. Highly recommended.

Breath
I have asthma and allergies, and sometimes at night I have problems breathing. The incline helps with that; I also notice that my neck and shoulders are less stiff. I love the softness of the pillows, but I wish the other side also had a long pillow for my legs. I enjoy that feeling of being hugged all night long. I am still adjusting,
I find myself sliding down a little at night, so I prop myself back up. All in all, I really enjoy my new pillows.

Finally able to sleep
