Extra Case for Shoulder Relief Wedge - Pure White

Its big and awkward in the bed. Honestly i almost gave up but my shoylder pain was so bad and nothing had worked up to that point began a system of trying to go to sleep with my arm in and clutching the long pillow like recommended(right side). Pulling the wedge pillow away from the headboard and making room for your dangling arm before going to sleep. When turning over at night it isnt as comfortable on your other side (left side)you arent experiencing pain with but you do finally get used to it. The long pillow is like struggling with someone else in bed sometimes. I used to get frustrated and boot iy out of bed at the beginning. Now I swing the short side of the hook over itself and keep a small soft pillow on the left side i switch too when turning on my left side. I have a king sized bed i cant imagine doing all this shifting around on a smaller bed.

THAT BEING SAID the pillows have changed my life. I no longer suffer chronic shoulder pain. Over 2 years i had this! Iy effected ever aspect of my life. Now it is completely cured. This took over 3 months to acheive but i had nerve damage that took a long time to heal. I almost quit trying to integrate the pillows into my sleep routine dozens of times but i was desperate. Glad i stuck it out. Changed my life. Thats it
