Here's how it works:
STEP 1: REVIEW THE REQUIREMENTS
1. Center yourself in the frame so the video could be cropped as landscape or portrait.
2. Include your MedCline in the video. If the system is on
a bed, we ask that the bed is made and tidy.
3. Ensure there is no one behind you during filming
4. All total video footage should add up to at least 30 seconds (and don’t worry if you go longer than that!)
5. Remember to smile!
STEP 2: WATCH THE EXAMPLE VIDEO

STEP 3: RECORD YOUR TESTIMONIAL
Record testimonial video clips featuring your MedCline favorite product. Click on the link at the bottom of step 4 and follow the super simple question prompts to record your video.
IMPORTANT: once you’ve submitted your clips, you’ll be asked for your contact information. Your submission is not complete until we’ve received that.
STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY!

What happens after you submit
your testimonial?
For all qualified entrants* who met the video requirements, we will send you your $15 Visa Gift card via email by 8/30/2022
If we’ve selected your video to use for use in advertising, we'll contact you by August 30th and will send you your $150 Visa gift card!

Terms and Permissions:Entrant must be from a MedCline customer with a valid purchase within the last two years. By submitting, entrant hereby grants MedCline and its affiliates, the exclusive right and license to use, reuse, post, repost, share, link, reproduce, and exhibit first name and first letter of last name, and endorsement of the Products in connection with the advertisement, promotion, distribution and sale of the Products anywhere in the world through digital marketing channels, owned social media channels, or any digital brand material for a period of two years. There will be no compensation for reposted material beyond the Visa Gift Card.
*Verified entrant is defined as a MedCline customer who has previously submitted a 4 or 5 star customer review.
